Does it matter where my practice is?
Not at all, we can receive all the information we need to handle your billing needs by either secure Fax or secure Email. We work with Providers all across the United States and know how to familiarize ourselves with any state specific regulations.

Are you experienced in billing for Behavioral Health Providers?
As we mentioned, we are an established Behavioral Health software solution company since 1993-founded and developed by a practicing psychologist. So, we are very familiar with the particulars that are involved with billing for Behavioral Health providers compared to other specialties.

How does it work?
It’s simple. You send us patient information and we verify benefits. You fill out a Day sheet daily or weekly, fax or email it to us and we bill the charges. When you receive payments, you fax or email the EOB to us. We take care of the rest!

Do I stay in control of my money?
Absolutely. Keep doing what you’re doing….deposit all your checks in your local account and then send us a copy of the EOB so we can allocate the payments to the correct accounts. We also need to be able to review these so we can stay on top of denied claims and reimbursement rates, or if necessary forward them to a client’s secondary insurance carrier.

How often do you bill to insurance?
As often as we can! Daily claims filing ensures a steady cash flow for your practice.

What about when a patient has a billing question?
On our statements we provide a 1-800-toll free number for your clients to use if they want to contact us with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their account. Customer service is essential to us and our company. So we will always handle all of your client’s billing inquiries with the utmost sensitivity that is synonymous with Mental Health care.

What are your fees?
Our fees are based on a percentage of your received income or on the number of transactions/claims depending on state regulations. In addition, there is a one time startup fee.

What are your hours? Will I be able to reach you when I need to?
We are available from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. We are able to receive faxes 24/7, 7 days a week.

Can you process patient credit card payments/electronic checks?
Yes, we are partners with a payment processing company. You would need to set up a merchant account for this service. This would allow your clients to call us to make payments or go to a secure site online, or pay in the office at the time of their appointment. This would be an additional monthly charge billed from the payment processing company.
